Healthy partnership and mentally supported parents are the foundation of parenthood. This course will help you understand how to build a resilient start for your family.
Prenatal Classes — 6 weeks
In this discussion course, we will learn about pregnancy, birth, and parenting through a feminist lens. We will explore your family history with pregnancy, birth and parenting and I will provide contemporary, evidence-based information about becoming a parent. The course will focus on positive mental health and development to set you and your family up for a more empowered start.

Birthing parents & partners are encouraged to attend together, but one or both of you are welcome! Single parents, all experiences will be validated!
The course is broken up into an 6-week pre-natal course and a 6-week postpartum course. We recommend you attend both, but you are not required to, and there is no pre-requisite for the postpartum course. The material in each course is unique.

Postpartum Classes — 6 weeks
In this discussion course, we will learn about feeding, sleep, soothing, parenting techniques and connection between couples. We will focus on parenting techniques that put mental health first. There is a heavy questions & discussion portion of this group, as the individual experiences of emerging parents is critical to hear and hold.
